Phil Soper is President & CEO of Royal LePage and Brookfield Real Estate Services, Inc. With over 18,000 agents in its Royal LePage, Royal LePage Commercial, Johnston & Daniel, and Via Capitale businesses it is the largest real estate brokerage firm in Canada.
The company has interests in the American market stemming from a series of acquisitions made from 2008 until 2012, including GMAC Real Estate, Real Living and Prudential Real Estate. In 2012, these businesses became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices®,a joint-venture between Brookfield and Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway.
A frequent commentator on economic issues and the North American real estate industry, Soper was honoured as “CEO of the Year” by the Canadian Public Relations Society, a first for a real estate industry executive in the long history of the award.
Soper’s community involvement includes United Way and Toronto Sickkids Hospital campaign leadership,and directorships on the boards of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Business. He is a former governor of the University of Alberta.

Heidi oversees both J&D company-owned offices and is responsible for the legendary brand’s growth and development. Additionally, she supports the growth of Brookfield Real Estate Services other luxury brands within Canada and through its Luxury Alliance International network.
Heidi has worked in all aspects of the real estate industry, moving from sales to training and coaching to progressively senior management positions which have included Director, Broker Services for Royal LePage Canada as well as oversight of Royal LePage’s Commercial division and Strategic Partnerships, and Area Manager of Royal LePage Real Estate Services’ four Mississauga offices. Heidi is active in organized real estate with particular interest in public policy related to the real estate industry. Heidi has served on OREA, TREB, and OMDREB committees and task forces, was a director of the Toronto chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and is a current member of FIABCI.

John O'Rourke was born into a real estate family - both his parents sold real estate with A. E. LePage in the 1970s. As owner of the very successful Royal LePage Lakes of Muskoka franchise, John identified an opportunity to bring Johnston and Daniel back to the Port Carling area and in 2017 launched the very first independently-owned and operated Johnston and Daniel brokerage - Rushbrooke Realty. The unique connection between Royal LePage and Johnston and Daniel has opened new avenues for collaboration and mutually beneficial relationships with new colleagues and offers expanded channels and a more deliberate approach to service and marketing for the benefit of all stakeholders.
