Senior Client Experience Manager
In her role as Senior Client Experience Manager, Erin is responsible for the overall operations of Johnston & Daniel’s high volume, high energy, full-service office in Toronto. This multi-disciplinary position includes the management of people, processes, quality assurance, technology, policy, finance and facilities. This position creates value for our agents by ensuring that you have the support and tools required to meet and exceed your business goals.
Erin brings a depth of real estate experience to this new role that spans nearly two decades. Erin has operated her own administrative consulting company for top-producing Realtors, has been a Sales Representative with both J&D and Royal LePage, has worked in the field of property management, and most recently managed a real estate portfolio of over 400 locations for Canada’s leading dental practice network.
