With a background in interior design and marketing, Mandy helps buyers spot opportunities others might miss, and supports sellers with tailored strategies to elevate a home's appeal—without overspending. Her expertise in layout, lighting, and presentation means every space is shown in its best light to attract the right buyer.

Before real estate, Mandy spent over a decade as an art director and creative director in the home décor world, including at a leading Canadian design magazine and a home product brand. She’s also the co-founder of Hemme Custom, a boutique studio specializing in custom window treatments and furnishings—experience that gives her a unique lens on style, function, and quality.

Mandy has personally renovated properties in some of Toronto’s most sought-after neighbourhoods—Roncesvalles, Queen West, The Beaches, Midtown—giving her firsthand knowledge of the city’s character pockets and what adds true value. From full renos to quick refreshes, she knows when a transformation is worth the investment—and when it’s not.
