With a background as an award-winning REALTOR® and leadership experience supporting agents and teams, she is passionate about helping professionals grow their business, strengthen their skills, and achieve long term success. Known for her collaborative and people-first approach, Stefani is dedicated to creating supportive environments where agents feel empowered, motivated, and connected. Her focus on mentorship, professional development, and relationship building continues to play an important role in fostering a strong culture of growth, service excellence, and community across the organization.

Melissa Salazar

Vice President, National Program Adoption & Transformation

Melissa brings over 26 years in the real estate industry, and has celebrated 20 years with Royal LePage. For several years she has served in various real estate boards committees and organizations. Her professional experience includes a successful career in several areas in the real estate industry such as team and agent consultant, team manager, and a senior director at a brokerage. In her current role she will be connecting with agents and teams to understand their needs and help them grow their business by providing strategic, creative and innovative solutions. Melissa has received the OREA YPN Leadership award in 2018, has been an Inman Global Ambassador since 2017 and forms part of the Buzz Conference Inner Circle. Melissa is a high energy creative thinker, connector and tenacious social media networker.

Anthony brings more than two decades of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and business growth, most recently serving on the executive leadership team at RE/MAX Canada, where he led national marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, consumer campaigns, and brand development. As Vice President, Marketing and Consumer Experience, and a former member of the Royal LePage family, Anthony will lead marketing strategy across our corporate brokerages and brands, driving initiatives that strengthen our brands, expand digital capabilities, and deliver innovative tools and resources to help agents grow their businesses and better serve their clients.

Rebecca Price

Director, Deal Services

As the Director of Deal Services, Rebecca has more than 10 years of experience in real estate deal operations. She oversees deal processing end-to-end across multiple brokerages, managing a team of 25–30 professionals, including managers, team leads, and deal administrators. Rebecca brings extensive leadership and operational expertise, combined with hands-on industry knowledge as a licensed real estate agent, offering a complete understanding of the transaction lifecycle from both brokerage and agent perspectives. She specializes in process improvement, system implementation, and digital document management platforms, while building scalable, high-performing teams. She is known for her collaborative, results-driven, and solutions-oriented leadership style across diverse markets.
